FLYNNS on Surf is on the corner of Surf and Flynn Streets, just 300 metres from the patrolled surf at Flynns Beach where swimming, surfing, boardriding, fishing, or lazing on the sand is the order of the day. The koala hospital is just a short stroll to our rear, while several restaurants and shops are all just 200 metres away.

Whether you like to laze in the sun by day and dine by night or just relax in the surrounds of modern luxurious accommodation, Flynns on Surf caters for your every need and desire.
Our beautifully landscaped grounds slope gently down to the banks of Wrights Creek (a designated koala corridor) providing plenty of room for children to play under a watchful eye from the rear deck or any window. We have a gas-heated pool (warm even on the coolest of days) and a large under-cover pool-side BBQ.
Historically, guests who stay at Flynns on Surf, come for a variety of reasons:
Weddings: Because alternative wedding sites such as "Flynns Beach", Nobbys Beach", "Nobbys Hill", and "John Downes Park", and reception venues such as the award winning Tommy's Restaurant, Blue Water Bar & Restaurant, and the Flynns Beach Surf Club are all within easy walking distance, we have hosted many wedding parties, their extended families, friends and other guests.Our central yet peaceful location has provided that much needed privacy and convenience, especially for those who may have over-enjoyed themselves the night before, as well as somewhere that you can keep the kids occupied.
Reunions: Because of Port Macquarie's central location between Sydney, Brisbane and the state's North West, we host many reunions and family functions. The relaxed ambiance of our resort along with the capacity for six guests per town-house provides a unique ability to suit the smallest to the largest of reunions.
Stopovers: To ensure maximum effort is made in making the drive from Sydney to Queensland (and vice-versa) as safe as possible, many of our guests are choosing to break their trip by spending one, two or three nights in Port Macquarie. The spacious comfort of our town-houses is a welcome relief to the weary traveller, and we make very effort to atune to your requirements.
Visiting: Many of our guests have friends and relatives living in Port Macquarie, and rather than impose on their hospitality, our guests choose to stay with us in a relaxed, home-style atmosphere, while enjoying all the benefits of a resort.
Sporting Events: Port Macquarie is hosting more and more sporting events each year, and as with most of these events, families like to come along to watch and support their own athlete. For large events where teams need to be housed together, our capacity to provide beds for up to 114 people makes our resort very attractive to all concerned, especially with no flights of stairs to lug all that sporting equipment and luggage up and down.
Garage: There are not many resorts that provide a lock-up garage for each town-house, plus some additional on-site parking.
Privacy: The majority of our town-houses either overlook the wooded glen along the banks of Wrights Creek, or have decks or courtyards surrounded by lush vegetation, either way providing a peaceful haven from the hustle and bustle of the world outside.

Town House
All our town-houses have 3 bedrooms (sleep 6) with 2 bathrooms and heaps of room. They are fully self-contained with a full size kitchen (oven, bench-top stove, microwave, dish-washer, etc), laundry (washer, dryer & tub), Austar, TV, ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, covered entertaining deck, balcony, lock-up garage and linen provided. You also have the option of a serviced room and additional linen, towels etc at an additional charge. Every town-house also has its own safe for the security of your valuables.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Many of our beaches and our green corridors have walking trails that take you through beautiful rain forests or along spectacular ocean paths, some leading to Port Macquarie's town centre just 2 to 3 km away. Here you will find scenic river cruises, deep sea fishing charters or whale watching (in sedate cruisers or thrill-seeking 'water-rats'). There's para-sailing, seaplane rides and boats of all types for hire, or if you want to move away from the water, there's golf, tennis, camel rides, or 4wd tours into the hinterland. Here you'll find rainforests with waterfalls and lush river country, several wineries, and of course the famous 'Timbertown'. And to keep you fuelled for all these activities, visit the multitude of first class restaurants and cafes scattered among the excellent shopping centres and clubs.
Advance deposit is required. We will need a credit card payment equal to 20% of the booking value. If you fail to give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation you will loose your deposit. As always, we highly value your patronage and will endeavour to make your stay with us at Flynns on the Surf an excellent experience. Bookings will most likely be confirmed immediately, but from time to time we get 2 bookings at once. You will be notified within 24 hours if we can not accept your booking.
